Greetings and Happy Tuesday! This past weekend, Area 51 had the privilege and a great deal of fun providing power for the Dia de los Muertos – Noche de Ofrendas Benefit at the Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA). The Benefit was held in the Sculpture & Balboa Event Center on 25 October 2014. The evening showcased an exhibition of celebrity – inspired alters, Calavera face painting, musical performances and a silent auction. Proceeds from the benefit will help to support MOLAA to continue to provide a beautiful venue to showcase Latin American Art and Culture.
